Turn on automatic sign-in using Registry
Step 1: Open Registry Editor.

Step 2: In the Registry Editor, navigate to the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
Step 3: Double-click the DefaultUserName, make sure that your account is in the “Value data“.
Step 4: Next, look for DefaultPassword. If the entry doesn’t exist, create one by right-clicking on the empty space, clicking New and then clicking String Value. Rename it to DefaultPassword and enter your password in the Value data.
Step 5: Finally, enable automatic logon. Look for AutoAdminLogon and then change its value from 0 to 1.
