Run Command Prompt as administrator
Righ-Click and select “Run as administrator”
Change Directory to the Edge application Installer folder.
cd %PROGRAMFILES(X86)%\Microsoft\Edge\Application\8*\Installer
Enter the following to uninstall Microsoft Edge:
setup --uninstall --force-uninstall --system-level
